Course/Workshop Cancellation Policy:

If you unable to attend the course, you must let us know at least 21 days before the date of course/workshop. Canceling your course/worshop without giving 21 days prior notice causes holding the deposit by us. The Academy will not issue a refund for any training program for any reason but can be applied once to another class within 3 months of original sign-up date. By paying the first deposit or full training fee, Client accepts cancellation and refund policy.

Products

1. The description and specification of products on the website are only approximate. We reserve the rights to make changes that do not affect the quality or efficiency of those products.

2. We reserve the rights to make changes in the price and availability of each of the products without notice.

Shop

1. You can order our products from the website using bookmark SHOP.

2. As soon as an order is placed via our website, we begin the process of picking, packing and dispatching. From that moment no changes can be made regarding the order.

3. The product price will include any applicable value-added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

4. Payment is made by credit card or PayPal at the time we accept your order.

5. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.

Delivery

1. We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure.

2. Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method; it can take up to 7 working days.

3. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty products or you want to cancel your order please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will replace, refund the money or exchange any products that are deemed faulty at no cost to you.

4. For orders using the ‘Pay&Collect’ we will hold your order for 5 days to give you time to come in, pay and collect. Please check our current address for collection.

5. International orders may be subject to Custom, Taxes and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of ProLash Ireland. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customers’ responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any Custom, Taxes and other fees incurred before receiving the goods.

Other

1.When you make an order we are not asking about your certification, you are confirming us that you are qualified and that ProLash Ireland holds no liability for incorrect use due to not being professionally trained for the products in question. All chemical products (including Adhesives, Primer, Remover and Lash Perm products etc.) listed on our website are for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY.

2. ProLash Ireland recommends to patch test every client for products which you want to use.

3. The client must be fully informed of the potential risks involved with products reactions. This must be documented and signed by the client and lash artist to confirm that they understand and are happy to go ahead. You must follow your insurers’ guidelines.

4. If your product has been damaged in transit or is faulty or missing, please contact us by email or phone immediately, maximum within 5 worknig days from received delivery. ProLash arranges a replacement or a refund of the faulty item within 7 working days. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been misused, neglect or is not in the exact condition in which we dispatched it. We also do not cover faults caused by accidents.
